1. Identification at Check-in:
All guests are requested to present a valid photo ID at check-in. For Indian nationals: Acceptable forms of ID include Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, or Aadhaar Card. For foreign nationals: A valid Passport and Visa are mandatory.
2. Force Majeure Clause:
In the event of a force majeure—such as natural disasters, war, terrorism (as officially declared), governmental regulations, strikes, civil unrest, epidemics, or other uncontrollable events—that prevents either the guest’s stay or the hotel’s ability to operate, the following will apply: Neither party shall be held liable for any damages. Both the guest and Mundota Fort and Palace will mutually work toward a suitable resolution regarding any advance deposits paid. Written notice of such events must be provided promptly by the party affected.
3. Check-in / Check-out Policy:
Standard Check-in Time: 1400 hrs. Check-out Time: 1000 hrs. Guests arriving early in the morning who wish to access their room upon arrival are encouraged to book the night prior. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Swimming Pool Guidelines:
Appropriate swimwear (swimming suits or trunks) is required. Cut-offs, gym shorts, and undergarments are not permitted as swimwear.
5. Mandatory Festive Meal Surcharge:
Christmas Eve Dinner (24th December): INR 6,000 + taxes per person. New Year’s Eve Dinner (31st December): INR 6,000 + taxes per person. Children (up to 11 years): 50% of the above rates.

Visitor Policy
If you have any visitors, please inform the front desk. Visitors are allowed in guest rooms until 06:00 PM and must register at the front desk. If they plan to stay beyond this time, the front desk must be informed. Identity proof will be required at the time of visit. Should visitors stay overnight, additional occupancy charges will apply.
Behavioural Expectations
While we foster an open-minded atmosphere, the use of drugs, excessive alcohol consumption, or engaging in indecent activities in public areas is strictly prohibited. Violators will face severe consequences, including heavy penalties and possible removal from the hotel premises.
Liquor Consumption
Guests are permitted to enjoy alcoholic beverages in the privacy of their rooms only. Consumption is not allowed in any public area, excluding “Glance”, where it is strictly prohibited.
Safety Measures

Cleanliness Policy
Please dispose of all litter in the designated bins to help maintain the cleanliness of the hotel.
Respectful Behaviour

Return of Sports Equipment
Guests participating in outdoor activities are reminded to return all sports equipment issued from the Front Desk promptly to avoid any additional charges.
